Online Registration
Monday March 2 - Thursday, March 26, 2026
All units must be completed as of January 31, 2026.
All holds must be cleared before you can reserve your class.

USD graduate students may reserve their courses online at any time during these four weeks.

Online registration tuition due date
Tuition for students who register for a class during online registration is due Friday, May 1, 2026. Class registration is not officially completed until all tuition and fees are paid. Students who have not paid their tuition in full on or before May 1 will be assessed an interest fee of .8333% of their tuition.
Tuition for students who register for a class after online registration has closed on March 26 is due in full at the time of registration.
Email Registration
Walk-In registration begins Wednesday, April 8 at 9 a.m.
To register for a class after the online registration period closes on March 26 you will need to submit the Torero Hub Question Form beginning April 8. Please note that tuition will be due in full at the time of registration.
Last day to register for classes
Students have until the first day of the class to register for class(es). For courses that start at or after 4 p.m., registration is available until the next day at 5 p.m.
Official withdrawal
If you decide not to take a course that you reserved, you must submit Torero Hub Question Form to drop your course. If you fail to attend the class you signed up for and you do not send email notification to officially withdraw from your course, you will be assigned a grade of “F” and charged for the class.
If you do not officially withdraw, you will be responsible for your registration charges.
